The toughest four-letter word that I know is LIFE.

Life is what happens when you are making plans.

Planning is hard and requires what most of us struggle with – discipline and flexibility combined.

I have seen this in my own life when trying to train for an athletic event.  There is always something else that tries to get in the way.

That is the difficulty of planning.

How to plan for what you don’t know is going to occur.

Before I editorialize about how having a support system and the information to support you in your planning, let me update Tina update you on where she is in her journey.

From Tina……………….
Today marks day 36 of 84 on the chemo path.
I just want to say thank you to everyone that has reached out through phone calls, notes and visits.
I am beyond blessed to be surrounded by so many amazing friends and family and your little things mean the world to me.
I completed my second infusion on May 30.  This past few days my journey has been unremarkable with a few unexpected minor side effects. I just wish that this chemo understood what I want to do!  It has a mind all its own.
At the office, Jill, Jennifer, and Michael have been holding down the fort and kicking me out when I am out of energy. I am learning to manage that limitation and for me, it is an overwhelming challenge.
Thank you again for being a part of my life.  I love hearing from you and you can reach me at either my cell 214-868-9669 or via email  tina@tannerycompany.com

Planning for Life

In Measures what Matters, John Doerr reinforces the simple thought that ideas may be easy.

Execution is everything.

I find that execution and finishing what you start is the Achilles heel of planning.

We all know how to get started and have grand plans, it is the devil in the details that make the difference.

When we discuss financial planning no matter where you are in your life, I want to make the focus one simple thing  – what is your net worth.

That is Step One in planning.

Step Two is what are the actions that you need to accomplish to grow your net worth.  Talking about what you need 10, 20 or 30 years from now is a grand idea. However, if you take a simple approach of what can I do for the next 12 months and execute that plan you can be incredibly successful.

Measure it Weekly

We want you to measure your net worth weekly and we provide our clients with the tool to make that happen.

If you are ready to plan, implement and Measure What Matters your success is achievable no matter what LIFE has planned for you.

Are you ready to get started?
